Thank you for choosing AlpTech Motors for your aftermarket automotive lighting needs. By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your order.

Damages Upon Delivery

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all components included in order to be eligible for exchange or review. Claims submitted without original packaging may be denied.

Warranty & Product Details

• Past tail light sets exhibiting yellowing or discoloration may be eligible for warranty replacement at our discretion. Customers must email proof of purchase (order number) and clear photos for evaluation.
• Condensation inside vented LED tail lights is normal and recognized as acceptable by OEM standards. Vents are used in LED lighting components to alleviate internal pressure and allow condensation to escape. It is more commonly noticed due to the transparent lens in humid climates, rapid temperature changes, and car washes/ heavy rain. This condensation commonly dissipates after sun exposure or brief driving with the tail lights illuminated. This is not considered a defect unless water pooling occurs and improper installation is ruled out by our team. 
• AlpTech is not responsible for product damage caused by improper installation, including faulty wiring connections, improperly seated foam seals, or modifications. Warranty eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

International Orders

While rare, international orders may be subject to import duties or customs taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. AlpTech is not liable for delays or fees related to customs processing in your country.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

AlpTech is not responsible for lost, stolen, or marked-delivered packages. If an order is lost in transit or not received, the customer must file a claim directly with UPS or their local courier. We do not issue immediate replacements for unresolved claims.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

• Returns must be approved via email and shipped back in the original packaging.
• Products returned after 30 days from the fulfillment date are not eligible for a full refund.
• All returned items must be in unused, resellable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect.
• All cancellations MUST be made before an order is marked to be fulfilled. Sales tax fees will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a cancelled order.

Additional Terms

• AlpTech tail lights are sold as aftermarket components and may not be DOT or SAE certified unless explicitly stated.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local vehicle lighting laws.
• Any modifications made to AlpTech products will void warranty and return eligibility.
