Thank you for choosing AlpTech Motors for your aftermarket automotive lighting needs. By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once fulfilled, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping is offered within the United States via UPS or USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier, but typically range from 2–7 business days once shipped. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on location. All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance delays beyond our control. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. AlpTech Motors is not liable for any charges or delays incurred during customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AlpTech Motors is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Any reshipping fees resulting from address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delays in Transit

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance procedures (for international shipments)

AlpTech is unable to offer refunds for shipping delays caused by external circumstances.

Damaged Shipments

All packages should be inspected immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives with visible damage, please follow the Damages Upon Delivery instructions listed in our Terms and Conditions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. AlpTech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your order is missing or marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
